BSSC Inter Level: Expected Cut Off and Result

After a long hiatus, BSSC has started the examination process for Intermediate Level Examination. The candidates were asked to fill the application form in 2014 and the Commission is taking exam in 2017. This time gap shows the extent of ineffectiveness and corruption going on in the system.

This article is an attempt to guide aspirants about the expected cut off marks of BSSC Inter Level Examination. It should be noted that almost all aspirants are aware of the fact that there are many so called setters are roaming around in the market claiming to help candidate go through for hefty sum of Rupees. Aspirants should not worry about that and prepare in the best possible manner.

Expected Cut Off for BSSC Intermediate Level

There isn’t any paper before us to see the past record of cut offs. However, we are aware of the number of candidates and the result of BSSC Graduate Level examination and on the basis of that we can predict a cut off. It should be noted that the predictions about BSSC Graduate Level and BPSC 205 were correct that you first see at this place.
The number of candidates is really huge. However, in no case, more than 10 lakhs will appear in the examination.

The question paper is going to be dirt easy – the base will be intermediate level. But, you should keep this fact in mind that majority of applicants are preparing for other similar examination where the question papers are going to be asked at graduate level. Hence, the possibility of high cut off can’t be negated.

If you are a male candidate of General Category, expect very high cut off marks. Remember that there is 35 % reservation for female candidate.

However, there will also be a provision for negative marking which will definitely cut the expected boundary to an extent.

Following is my expectation:

General Male: 450 (+/- 10)
General Female: 390
